I ordered HP All-in-one Printer 2060 at cost of Rs 5808 from flipkart on 7/6 and they informed me that they shipped the item on 7/6 via AFL couriers. While tracking, I found out that the item was returned back to the shipper due to the bulkiness of the item (I see the same problem with many clients). If they knew that they can’t ship heavy items through AFL couriers, why use them again and again?
When I contacted customer care, they promised to sent it by bluedart. Finally, they delivered thru bluedart. Happy with the item, packing, delivery (still before promised time). Recommended.
