ORDER ID OD202414495347612200.really really disappointed and tired of Flip kart service.I dont know why Flip kart right now.due to increasing customers and increasing crores of business.but they dont know they are cheating the valued customers with their worst behaviour while return and requesting refund. recently I bought a lenovo vibe z2 pro mobile worth 32999/_
Delivery is good because they took 99/- for one day delivery. then problem started.its heating very much always 24 hours.I have contacted customer care executive many time to refund the amount but they are not in a position to hear the exact request of the product .technical support contacted and they told some steps for the issue.
Like smartchk.after disconnecting the call the problem is same.over heating , hanging.software issues.again I requested them 10 times .but they said our executive will contact you tomorrow. What wrong with me. Is it curse to me to buy the product from WS retail.flip kart.worst return policy. Dont make the customers unhappy with your non acceptable policy. I want refund for my product.7 days over.but executives behaviour is not acceptable.I want refund or replacement .but they told me in a escaping nature.I want to approach consumer redress at forum to get solution for this cheating from a online store
