If you agree with my opinions then flipkart is one of the worst e-retailer service over the internet. The main problem is with their customer service. If you puchase anything and the product was delivered but if want to refund or exchange the product then you are in a big problem because after delivering the product they dust dont care the customers. Here is one of my experience. In month I purchased a MI PowerBank of 10000mAH the product was delivered successfully but I got the product was not working well so I have tried to contact the costomer support. After contacting them they just behave rudily and didn’t refunded the product or exchanged they just said this product can’t be returned or exchanged. Although the delivery timing is also not good. It takes more than a week to deliver items. So I suggest you to dont buy products from flipkart just try to purchase from anywhere else otherwise you may be cheated like me.
