This is one of my family member birthday. This was my first time to use their service and I am so disappointed.
On the web site they have included all the pictures copied from some decent web site, but what they deliver is just horrible.
Believe me, if you really want to send something someone important never use this web site ever.
I tried calling on their customer care number but its always busy, I bet there are the busiest customer service because they have lots of complain to take.
Product Quality was very very bad.
These are the most Unreliable people.
