You guys are awsome! Please keep up the excellent work. Happy to do more transactions with you and I can’t express how good and efficient your service was. I was a bit hesitant at first and I dreaded ordering it online. It was a very good experience at the end and the it fulfilled a purpose that is beyond any measure. Made me and and the recipient so HAPPY, I can’t tell you.
Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience and making the day so special. The customer support I called was efficient and courteous. The delivery guy was too professional and I liked that he covered it properly during delivery, so it did not catch everyone’s eye on the way. the secrecy and element of surprise was well kept. My personal coded message was written exactly on the card. Please keep up the good work and service. I am going to use it in future and recommend to friends.
One thing though, the pic was way off from the actual flower arrangement that was delivered. She liked what was delivered, but it would be nice to know what we are ordering and it should match atleast 80% to what is delivered.
