I had ordered 2 eggless cakes for my parents anniversary a week back. When the day arrived, the baker calls and tells us there are no eggless cakes so we can either take what he has or else . nothing. No second option.
This was after a weeks notice. And I know 3 bakeries within 2 kms of my house which could have made eggless cakes( Why did I not just call them directly, is my mistake)
But the worst part was the customer service: I have never been spoken so rudely to by a customer care worker till date. He was literally shouting at me, telling me its not his problem that my parents dont eat cakes with egg and that I should accept whatever is given.
Please dont make the mistake I made. You have a better chance ordering from the local store.
