The service time is okay as in they deliver on the same day but the product quality is very cheap and is not at all worth. Even the way the gift is delivered is very pathetic.
I sent a celebrations pack( chocolates). It cost me Rs. 375/- but the actual product was worth only Rs 75/-. This amounts to a PREMIUM OF 400% which is comletely insane. Even after charging so high premiums the service was poor as in a guy delivered the gift in a polythene bag.
