Very poor customer service. Vendors are rude

I ordered a cake and flowers delivery and selected the 2pm to 7pm delivery slot.


Since I wanted the delivery to be at 7pm I called up the customer care asking them to do so. The customer rep gave me the number of the vendor and asked me to co-ordinate with them.


I called up the vendor and he was fine with it.


Later in the afternoon the vendor says that they do not want to deliver after 5 pm. I calmly explained it to them that it was meant to be a surprise and thus could not leave it with a neighbor nor was the person going to be back from office until 6.


However the vendor was rude and not willing to budge even though I clearly pointed out the 7pm delivery limit.


I contacted customer support but the number was not reachable and the chat support also did nor reply. have attached the screengrab of the chat conversation.


Will never order again from Floweraura
