If u expect that, u can just place the order, pay money and your beloved will be surprised to see the delivery boy with cake n flowers at his doorstep wishing him at midnight on his birthday means this is not the place for you to place the order!!! I got clear confirmation from them that they do midnight delivery to my place well ahead of the delivery date.2 days before the delivery date, when I again mailed them to remind, they responded that delivery can be made only between 6.00 -7.00 am next day;not at midnight 11.55 pm.I sent them accuse mails and finally they said ok.I kept on doing follow up to get the phone no of the delivery boy.And at 6 pm they called me up and told delivery can be done only next day 11.30.I agreed that it was harthal(6.00 am to 6.00 pm) in my state.But after 6.00 pm, everything was as fine as an ordinary day.I shouted and accused and finally they gave me some local bakery’s number.
Then I had to hear all their excuses regarding no fresh cake available due to harthal.still I did not let in.I asked them to deliver atleast flowers and balloons at midnight.Then they were arguing that they have already convinced the main branch that they can’t deliver at 11.55 pm.then finally some delivery boy called me up at around 10.00 pm asking he address.Buy this time, after all these phone calls my husband came to know the entire story.By 10.15 pm delivery boy came with flowers and cake(it’s good that they arranged some cake)and the balloons were not blown.Me and my husband waited till he blow the balloon in front of us. Thus my birthday midnight surprise; which I started planning 1 month before; everything spoiled. Still I am happy that atleast I could arrange some cake for him to cut on his birthday......
after all this, how can I say that I am satisfied with their delivery!!!
