Iam Suhail EA. Iam going to review fly SX210 mobile phone. I have bought it from gadgets shop at kodungallur before a month. The exact date of buying is on 25th November 2019. I bought it for the normal use. I already have Samsung galaxy j5. This phone is bought only for calling. For 6 months it worked properly without any complaints. I liked the phone for 6 months. But after 6 months the battery of the phone become heated always. Even i can’t take the phone in my pockets. Its very heated . so suddenly I contacted the customer care service centre and reported my compliant. They said to contact the phone purchased shop for repairing. Then I met with gadget shop and they changed the battery and it worked properly. But they charged 290 rupees for the battery. I said them that it’s only bought before 6 months only . but they said me to ask the customer care service centre .they I contacted the customer care service centre and they refused to refund the repairing charge. Even they didn’t respond to my call . never buy this phone .the phone didn’t contain the specifications listed in the cover. I didn’t recommend anyone to buy this phone. Its fully waste of money.
