Today, I need to share the horrendous service that I have received from Flyking Courier Services Pvt. Ltd.
I sent a watch as a present to my Brother on 10/10/2012 via Air with delivery to be made on 12/10/2012 but the courier company is such sub-standard that it called on 12/10/2012 stating that they have no delivery men and if possible collect it today or we shall definitely deliver next day i.e., 13/10/2012.
Next day also they didn’t deliver and after numerous attempt to connect with the local office, it was informed it can’t be delivered that day as well but my brother was assured of delivery before 12 Noon on 14/10/2012 but it wasn’t meant to be.
Agitated I called the Origin office and as they have no centralized system I had to give my address, my brother’s address, contact numbers, weight of the parcel just to ascertain the exact delivery date.
The staff is so incapable that the operator has answers to none of my queries.Please stay away from if you wish that your time sensitive products reach the intended party on time.Hope that my experience proves fruitful to others in choosing the courier service.
