Fone Essential is an insurance company which provide insurance of small items but is known for providing the insurance to the phones/mobiles. So I recently on November 2016 purchased a samsung mobile phone called on 5 pro. So I get my mobile insurance from this company as it is a offer from the amazon shopping site. So they are providing a huge discounts for this insurance, I purchased this services for 659.
As it is at a huge discount so I purchased there services otherwise I am not interested in purchasing this Fone Essential services.
Its major demerits are:
There customer services are not so good, I claimed for my battery damage but there staff is cery rude and always saying to come on this and that date.
There afterwards premium are very high which demotivat you to buy it again.
For mobile phones there is only one policy available which is not so interesting.
Overall there customers caring services are very careless. They doesn’t care for there customer and there customers convenience.
