Well this has been one of my best Online Shopping Experiences ever. Now I introduce the MouthShut.com community - Food Ka Mood.comI was hungry this weekend and my family had gone outside. So I decided to find out about online restaurants and delivery services in Mumbai. I found just a couple of them, off course thanks to Google, and Food Ka Mood was one of them. I called their Customer Care and asked few questions which were promptly answered. I registered myself and placed an order for three things of Garcia’s Pizza @ FKM .
This was my first order.I placed the order and even got a confirmation email and sms. Some one from Garcia’s called me up to confirm my address.I clarified that and waited for my delivery. Now it took sometime for the hour and had to wait 30 mins extra than the specified time which was about 45 minutes.I tried to call them at a number mentioned in the email, but unfortunately it didn’t work so I called the Customer Care to inquire about this and they ensured me that they’ll get back to me in 5 minutes.
But within 2 minutes the order arrived.And the Customer Care called me to tell that delivery was being made.I told them about the delivery and my satisfaction. Thought there were some minor problems, the service was really good and replies to phone calls were prompt enough.

CONS
Undeveloped user interface.Live Chat not available despite sign.
Wrong contact details mentioned in confirmatory email.
