Please Beware! Try any damn other site for ordering food, but not this site! Its utter USELESS, not courteous, and neither punctual !
This site charges a hefty 60 rupees for a delivery within 1 Km, from the restaurant, even when you make the minimum required amount. Alas! Lazy me! then too I ordered as I was tired enough to visit the restaurant! The vernacular customer care executives, speak some form of english, which can not be differentiated from the local language, consdering the pronunciation. At least I was not comfortable with. somehow managed with the Hindi.
The task for the site is obvious, i.e delivering food:P! I had placed an order at 8:55 pm, and the call center executive called me back at 9:15 itself, telling that one of the item cannot be delivered, and also mentioned that its not a problem from their end, its a fault from the restaurant! I want to know, whether they mean, that whatever s.t, the restaurant delivers, they would just take that and drop the parcel, and not even check what it has.

When I asked, why the food is not warm, he replied "mujhe nahi pata, restaurant ko poocho!" I asked for the refund, and instantly, and unapologetically started countiong the sash and asked for the parcel back. I gave that damn parcel and he returned the money. In this whole scene, It was the only happy scene, that I got the refund instantly instead of getting into some other stranger hassles / situation. YAHOOOO!
NB: The call centre number was not reachable from 10:15 pm itself, much contradicting their declaration of 11:00AM to 11:00PM schedule on the site. Moreover the delivery guy are not even apologetic of this misdeed.
Moral: Try other sites, many much better reliable and well trusted popular ones are available. Atleast they offer some alternative decision in between. And you would not be HUNGRY at the end of the day! moreover when you make the minimum bill they dont add a delivery charge.
Beware! Beware of the site! Please read the FAQs they have put on their site, cautionsly read between the lines that, its all against the customer.
Order from other sites, and dont be HUNGRY at the end of the day :(
