One of the weirdest incident happened 2 times in last 7 days where money debited from the account and order got cancelled. When I spoke to them they say with in 24 to 48 hrs it will be credited to ur account.
1st incident happened on 23rd feb and payment did nt credit to my account till 4 days it started reflecting in their payment system they dont even call the customers stating that the payment has been received by us how u want it to be used until u approach them they won’t even inform us.
2nd incident happened today and again the same issue they said the same story and asked me to pay again rs 270 and the cancelled ordered amount will be credited in 24 to 48 hrs as its not showing in our system. I gave them all transaction details but they will ask u again to order and make payment.
I mean why customers has to suffer becaus od their system failure and pay double of the ordered amount considering the half amount will be returned with 24 to 48 hrs without interest or compensation.
