Services of Foodpanda and their network simply pathetic. I ordered food and paid the amount at 2 pm. After 30 minutes they called as the restaurant is not having staff for delivery( really? why the hell they are listed then?)
So they replaced my order to some other restaurants. after waiting a good 2 hours I called them and came to know that the replacement order was never placed.( what’s the hell?), after my query they were ready to refund the money saying " NO PROBLEM" sir, it is our duty and such things happens. Common Food Panda, you don’t deserve to be in service industry.
Shameful!!
