On 23rd sept 2018 I tried to order my dinner from foodpanda at around 10: 30pm they confirmed my order I started waiting for my dinner to arrive but waiting goes so long then I decided to get customer support I tried lots of time to connect with them but they don't respond after 2hrs of waiting finally I connected with them the representative told me to ''wait for a min'that they will collect information about my order but there 'a min'goes as long as half hours after half n hour they said that they are unable to fullfill my order the time was that time around 1a.m hai they said that they cant able to deliver my order that night I have sleeped without having food because they did't leave anyother option for me. They even provide fake promotion codes which never apply there delivery service is night mare for me.
If I talk about concept of the app they are just fooling customers with there cheesy offers which waste people effort time and money.
Layout and design of the app is now that much advence as zomato and uber eat.
This app is useless in terms of ordering food they cancel orders of customers without any prior notice.i reccomand my viewers not to order their food from foodpanda ever because may be like they have to also sleep hungery if they don't deliver food.i am atteching my order screenshot with the review as a prove of incidence happen with me.
