Foodpanda

I am writing this reviews after many incidents of horrendous service by foodpanda. I am not a person with a lot of free time, so believe me if i have taken out the time to write this review, foodpanda sucks. I have not recieved my order many times and the last time is when foodpanda crossed the line. I have been waiting for refund for my order since 16 days, while it should only take a few hours at most for e wallet refunds. All the customer support does is say " please wait 5 to 7 days" like i have time to chat with them again and again. They business model is in the shitter. They provide lucrative discounts which their company is not able to bear. Please dont order from this app , there is only a 20% chance that you will be satisfied with their service. They will find a reason to disappoint you believe me.
