After receiving some 40% off offer from food panda I thought of trying foodpanda app on my ios. I applied the offer coupon on the app for the order.
I placed the order from foodpanda with all the conditions fulfilled from foodpanda but I did not received the cashback.
Then I dropped an email to their customer support even they didn’t replied for sometime and I thought this is just their fake advertisement to get the customer using their website. But I received a reply from their side after some time. They clearly said we cannot process the cashback by giving some absurd reason. This is so bad, I will never visit that website again ever.
