I had placed an order with "SALT" through foodpanda site, for which I received a confirmation on order being placed at 7.15 pm.
After that there was no communication from foodpandas side - on calling the restaurant at 7.45, message was conveyed that FOODPANDA does not have any tie - up with them since past 4 months
a. FOODPANDA IS COMMITTING A FRAUD BY USING THEIR RESTAURANT’s NAME ON YOUR WEBSITE
b. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE COURTESY TO CALL THE CUSTOMER AND INFORM ABOUT THE CANCELLATION OF ORDER
c .EVEN AFTER CALLING THEM THRICE, THERE HAS BEEN NO REVERT - PATHETIC SERVICE
