Hello everyone, few days back I have ordered 2 milkshakes from Food Panda and the delivery address visible on their system was wrong so I tried calling the Rider about the address problem and he picked up the call and I tried to give my real address but he denied and told me that he would go to the address shown in theri system.
And I was very angry. One of my brother was working in Food Panda I called him and said about the matter then he called the rider and explained that he ( my brother) himself also work in Food Panada and warned him that he would complaint their Sir about this mischievous behave of Rider, after heary this then the Rider was convinced to deliver my order at my right address.
The support done by Food Panda conveys that they are not concerned with their customers.
