Things changed suddenly :( My very first order with foodpanda was amazing and I had been spectator of quality service but sooner I had also faced negative side of ordering food online.
My order number is T9EN-P2NQ which I’ve placed on 2015-01-22 17:58:13 for 24th January and it was pre order. Placing and order was a smooth experience but later troubles appeared. After paying money online I didn’t received any confirmation which I got earlier and I thought its pre order so might be they send later but on 23rd as well it didn’t arrived and order supposed to be come by 1.30pm on 24 to my address, and I became confused about my order hence call CC by 1pm to check my order’s status.
But what I had expected that didn’t happened a CC picks up the call and said that your order has been cancelled and will return your money back to account. I got so pissed off and it was happening with me for second time simply they say your order can’t be processed and the reason being that vendor doesn’t supply to that area. I request readers to search for Mulund colony with Mumbai and you’re able to see a hotel called Kaveri so my question is if they can’t send order than why they are present in the list still? and the same hotel delivers if you order from tinyOwl to the same place.
I am not favoring any website but I guess foodpanda is loosing hold on hotels and that’s why they directly say no to any order without any fear. Giving money back is not a option consider if you are sitting into a hotel and gives order and waiting for it and suddenly you get this reply than?
