WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
this is the 1st app I am writing review with this much disappointment.
First of all they have issues in payment gateways. Ur money will get deducted but then the orderd does not gets confirmed. The the same money will take 3-4 days to get into your bank. It happened with me twice or thrice just in one day. As I was hungry so I tried again again. But it was waste.
The process of getting my deducted money back was the worst part. I had to mail them several times before they send me my refund. Then after 1-2 weeks I got my refund. That too of only 2 orders. The last orderd was still pending. But when I asked them about that they told that they have alredy done the payment.
Its was seriously a waste. I HAD TO BEG FOR MY OWN MONEY.
I was so disappointed that once I thoght of letting go the money. But I mailed them again with order id and gave them the screenshot of my payment reciept. Then the believed me. It was hell a lot of hardwork.
AND THE SECOND THING IS. Do not accept the customer to b polite or cooperative . If you recieve a wrong item or you have a quantity or quality issue in tge order they will just say SORRY, WE WILL TAKE CARE THAT U DO NOT FACE SUCH THING IN FUTURE. but you will face them again and again. Even if the order is waste they won’t refund your money or call reaturant to reorder it.
Once I orderd a pizza. It was a clasic chichen pizza but I recieved a chicken sausages pizza. I gave them the picture. So they told that they will replace it. But I had taken a bite and they were like. no. Then we cannot replace it. I mean how someone is going to tell which dish is it whithout even having one bite.
After that I never order anything from there and if I do I check before taking it and I opt for cash on delivery.
