EcoSport-Think twice before you Ink

Ford - One of the worst customer service I have scene. Bcoz after huge amount of bookings made, Ford have increased the price by 5% which is 50, 000 extra for my model and making false promise on delivery time. It is very unfair that the revised price is applicable to the ppl who booked before they announced it. A good organization will never do something like this. Ford thinks that it is a market strategy that customers cant do anything if the increase price after booking and yes Ford is right but they lost the trust of all the ppl.


I booked this car on August and was promised to be delivered by October end which didnt happened. I have ordered Silver color and in a week I changed the color to White. And now they telling that if I want white color then I have to wait till December end which is also not confirm.


I have only one question to Ford and their Dealers - If you cant make it to something then why you have to promise on it?


Future buyers- Plz don’t go with the promise of the dealers. Now I regret for booking this car. May be Ford can do all the tricks to earn extra money from customers but once the Maruti’s XA Alpha releases then sale of EcoSport is big?


P.S.: I fell in love with this car only bcoz of its looks and now I regret for it.
