Maintenence cost and poor service are really issue with ford. Initial lot of fiesta had quality problems. I agree is a better variant than the Ikon but not better than the Accent CRDI. I had make mistake by sold my accent & get Fiesta.

my brand new car having a problem due to driven in normal rain... it’s engine suckd water & engine has been locked due to bend of connecting road.., . now dealer refuse to change the engine they says to repair it with my own cost (estimate @ Rs. 1, 90, 000 ) insurance company also refuse. then who bear this repair charges?.... who paid full amount of goods & insurance........ ?
What Should I do? pls. advise me. /? ?
