Hey Friends, please note my review as I am using this car from last 6 months.
Punchy engine and sorted dynamics make it a fun car to drive, seats are very comfortable, driver seat is height adjustable, it offers complaint ride quality. Suspension adjusted for softer ride quality. Gearbox is smooth with slow speed it upshifts smoothly but at highway speed it takes a while to downshift. Cabin is spacious than its previous models and there is a lot of storage bins inside cabin, although there is no rear AC vents but AC functions well and cools the entire cabin in short time. Overall fit and finish and plastic quality is very good.
I drive on rough roads. Performance was excellent

Reverse parking sensors should be there in titanium model, and door locking should be changed as in other cars like toyata, maruti.
I have got battery issue( completely drained with less than 20000 kms, software issues( suddenly the pick up will come down to 45 kms) . I feel ford has compromised on quality . Instead of providing 6 airbags, they could have increased the build quality . It’s not the safest car as mentioned in the initial reviews . Above all the customer service is pathetic, really regret for my decision . Got fooled by the Eco sport quality, ?
