the new Figo hatchback is the next generation model from ford in the B-Segment. The hatch back has been designed keeping in mind the one ford philosophy followed by ford’s global line-up.
Exterior
the front of the car is similar to that of the global ford models with a hexagonal grille that is reminiscent of the Aston Martin design. The horizontal chrome slats at the front make the
car look premium, along with the sweptback headlamps and black air dam and fog lamp housing.
unlike the Aspire sedan, the Figo hatch back is proportionate, which makes it look much
better. the side profile highlights the strong shoulder line and interesting alloys, the tapering roof line is becoming standard across the segment. the rear section is relatively low profile, the horizontally stacked tail lamps look decent, but that apart there isn’t much to talk about.
performance
the figo will be available as two petrol and one diesel engine option. The 1.2 liter gasoline unit is refined but seems under powered with a phpBB and 112nm output.
