I am writing this review after 6 months of purchasing Figo, my total drive till now is above 10, 000 Kms after second free service and I must say this vehicle is pretty good and I mean "PRETTY GOOD". I have the TDCI titanium and till now this car has never disappointed me.
Pros
Awesome Handling at Corners and ELC : This is the USP of ford figo, excellent handling even in worst scenarios and when you drive in location like Delhi and Ghaziabad, the vehicle should be excellent in Emergency Lane Change (ELC) Scenarios. I have personally tested ELC when a truck suddenly came from the right hand side cut of the road and I immediately changed lane to the left side and mind you the speed was 75-80 Kms at that time.
Strong Body: Well not many consider this fact due to the economy factor, but this car in this category gives you economy in price and has well constructed strong body. I had 2 bumps with wagon R on account of extreme sudden braking and this car actually damaged Wagon Rs rear with taking just few scratches.
Mileage : Mileage is 22 Kms in Delhi/Gurgaon/Ghaziabad Traffic...so its pretty awesome right
Comfort: The car scores good in comfort since the seats are adjustable in height and also have good back rest along with good suspension to prevent bumpier rides
Space: 3 people can sit at the rear sit with back comfortably relaxed and supported.
Ingress/Egress: This point is somewhat average since the height of figo is less than what Wagon R, RITZ has, but still not bad once you are use to.
AC: Super cool 145cc compressor, never expect the same level of cooling in Swift, Ritz or any other diesel car in this segment.
Maintenance: Very economical, just 1000 Rs in my second service
Luggage Space: amazing you can fit 3 large suitcases or 5 larges softbags, good for touring.
ABS: Bang on, stop in a straight line GUARANTEED.
Cons:
low ground clearance: Since the ground clearance is less than the competition so it will sometimes touch on the high speed breakers, so you have to be slow on speed brakers and cross drive.
Low pickup on second gear: You might not feel the thrill and need to carefully rev the engine and maneuver gears to reach to appropriate pickup in second gear.
