I have been driving this super hatchback/SUV-1.6 Duratec, since last 5
months. Total running-10000Kms. Handling on curve at high speed bit
problematic due to high CG. Pick up-Great, Driving Position-Great,
Mileage on Highway (at a speed of 80kmph to 100kmph) verified on
continuous driving of 342kms with full AC on - 15.76km/ltr. Mileage in
hilly area (driving in forth gear mostly at a speed of 50kmph to
70kmph) - verified after driving 156Kms - 13.81km/ltr. Mileage in
Mumbai City with full AC on (driving in 2nd & 3rd gear mostly) checked on driving
for more than 1000Kms - 10.11km/ltr. Interior - superb for the money
paid. Breaks-good (bit slow to respond when compared with cars like
SX4, Fiesta etc.) Top speed attended on Vadodara - Ahmedabad Express
highway - 140kmph (without any vibration). Engine
performance-noiseless/Great. Service-? I will come to know after
completing first year. Back tyre shock absorber needs
replacement/repair at every 22000kms. Front tyre shock absorber can
last for 40000kms easily. Air conditioning quick & cool even in
summer.
**Air bag is must for this car-Ford to take notice & add it in Fusion Plus. **
