I am a proud owner of a Ford Ikon 1.6Exi .
After doing a research on various vehicles like Maruti Esteem , Hyundai Accent etc and similar cars in the same segment even Ford Flair 1.3 .
I found that this car is a good performer if you will compare the power .
The stability of the car is fantastic as compared to other cars at high speed .
But the problem which I have felt with the car is the fuel consumption .
I do not know what is the Mileage that Ford India says . but the dealer has told me it will be somewhere around 10+.
But as per my experience this car’s fuel consumption is very high as compared to other cars in the same segment . So I doubt what the dealer says is correct or not ?
Well besides the Car’s Fuel Consumption this car is the most liked car in my family because of its leg space and AC and other accessories .
Ford Should Improve their interiors to some extent and the look is not upto the mark .
The Interior gives it a very ordinary look and I do no think the Ford Ikon is the same.
Well at last I can say .. It is a worth buying this car if you are not worried too much about the pertrol .
