I had Purchased an Oyster Silver Colour Ikon 1.3 Flair on 19th
October2004.
The car I purchased was with a Kenwood Stereo & rear Spoiler.
Sometime in August 2005 I discovered that the spoiler was cracking from
the middle & the paint was chipping off & bubbles were formed. I
immediately showed this defective Spoiler to the concerned person.I was told to wait to wait for a week & that someone from would contact me. Nobody contacted me & so I went
& tried to contact the Manager
.I had to wait almost one hour before he came to see what
my problem was? Upon Examining the Rear Spoiler on the car he said that it
cannot be replaced & that there was no way he could help me. The car is
not even a year old?
Why was my car fitted with a defective Rear Spoiler in the first place?
Is this the way that customers are treated?
Why should I ever buy a ford vehicle again if this is the way
customers are treated?
