Well there is nothing much needed to speak about this vehicle as you can expect the quality at the best since it’s from Ford. But still there are always a pros and cons in a vehicle especially a car!
One look at Ford Ikon might mesmerise u! and when you sit in the vehicle u may feel still more mesmerised!! since it’s interiors are really cool and the steering wheel is very comfortable for your hands. see the dashboard and u see a look which is different from other mid-size cars. Did u ever know that the look of the dashboard was taken from the QUANTUM sports car. I came to know about this when I was reading some old issues of the AUTO INDIA and in one issue in the review section the picture of the dashboard had the same look as of Ford Ikon’s!! (september 1997 issue). and also this car was powered by a 1.8 litre FORD engine!!! and was available in both diesel and petrol version with the same engine capacity of 1.8 litres!!! I think now u must have got some interest in this vehicle after knowing the truth!
well getting back to the Ford ikon, I would like to tell u about this vehicle. read on.....
QUALITY AND RELIABILITY: I have already said that Ford has an unmatched quality and reliability when compared to other mid-size cars.
COMFORT AND SUSPENSION: This vehicle has comfortable seats both at the front and back. The front seats are still more comfortable and gives the driver of this vehicle hours of tireless motoring. This vehicle has mcpherson strut suspension at the front and rear that makes sure that even the worst roads cannot effect this vehicle.
MILEAGE AND BOOT SPACE: Now we come to the most important of all, the MILEAGE. This vehicle gives u around 10-11 in the city which is not bad and 14-15 in highways which is very good according to me. This vehicle has a boot space of 400 litres so that u can store all ur luggage with ease!
so guys here is a vehicle which not only looks handsome from outside but also gives u very good quality, that’s Ford at it’s best!
