What a treat yesterday’s race was!!! Though we missed the podium by a brink but I think the efforts are worth a big round of applause.
Force India has made a dent in this sport. Though this season is ending in october but by the end of their second season they are a eyecatcher. The commentators are well impressed by the performance of Team Force India.
The race on the tracks of Monza (Italy) was almost a breath stopper. We missed the podium but are the hot topics. The two pit stop strategy made us lose the time which was gained be ferrari. A pit stop makes a total difference of 23 seconds which is very crucial. All the first three made one pit stop where as Force India had two pit stops, had it been one then I am sure we would have created a history yesterday.
Somehow one pit stop strategy was not supported by force india car as the second car (driver Vitantonio Luizzi ) was running on that strategy and some bad luck struck and due to technical problem he was not able to complete the race. He otherwise also was stealing the show by pacing ahead very swiftly.
I am so proud that Mr. Vijay Mallaya has steeped in a sport which was beyond the dreams and made his appearance felt in the second season itself. Last race we got the podium, though we were second but we made ferrari people sweat as we missed the crown by some points of a second.
I really feel that such initiatives like Mr.Vijay Mallaya took should be taken by few other ditinguished people of India as well. So that we can show our worth and true potential to the world. Only people like them can put in money in such fields. Places like olympics where there is a lot of potential and scope for india but lack of resources and impartial treatment make us suffer. People who have talent are not always born with a silver spoon. But some help from people like Mr. Vijay Mallaya who can spare the money for a comprehensive and upto the mark training for the truly deserving candidates can make a big difference.
