I had taken my mother to this hospital for her surgery. However, her and my stay was disappointing. Our time of admission was 8:00 am however we got our room only by 3:00 pm despite our informing them about the admission date well in advance. On inquiring with the front desk staff we were given clueless expression and we found most of them rather useless. To everyone we had to explain the story from beginning, who then looked into some files and then did nothing. I still can not understand who in his right mind hired these people, trained them in such way and put them in front of public. Finally, after much running around we managed to get our room which was not only cramped, but had a dirty couch, broken door and inaccessible bathroom(room 2141, it was twin sharing and the bathroom was constructed such that one had to walk through other persons private space to access it). Needless to say we had to pay for all this non-service in advance. I would recommend to give this place a skip if you can. I found Max Saket and Apollo much better than this in services and patient consideration.
