3 days back I visited Fortis hospital Bangalore as my father had to get the heart surgery . I was having all approvals and documentation of my father’s health insurance and before getting surgery they told everything will be charged from health insurance but once they admitted him for the surgery they started telling numerous expenses that will be charged in cash and they took way long time to start with the procedure . I also dont like the staff attitude as I cross questioned them on expenses and they started arguing with me. I think they are playing with people health and pockets.
