My mom’s and dad’s treatment is regularly done in Fortis Hospital, Cunningham Road, but on 6th of Oct. my dad was was in a very serious condition and morning around @ 11:30 am we took him to Fortis Hospital for the treatment and they started emergency treatment but they were not having CT scan facility @ Cunningham Road branch.
They asked us to take to Bannerghatta road branch or a different hospital which is near by(Vikram Hospital/ Baptist Hospital). At that stage my dad was in critical condition, I preferred to take him to a different hospital instead of going to Bannerghatta branch.
When we asked for ambulance, they said it is a different hospital and they cannot provide the service to other hospitals. When we checked with drivers they said they are ready to give service but permission to be given from the hospital management which was really a bad management and bcoz of this delay.
I lost my father and it was brain hemorrhage and blood clots formed with in minutes for which I really dont like this hospital going forward and they are just behind money only.
