My mother was admitted to Fortis Kalyan due to some old age health issues with uterus. The Lady Gynecologist after checking decided to do a small surgery to find out exact reason of the problem. After this small operation and doing some additional tests she recommended us to get the uterus removed.

Meanwhile we just thought of consulting another Gynecologist for second opinion and to our surprise there was no need to remove uterus.
She was just fine. It was very much possible to treat the illness only with medicines and surgery was not required. So my request to all readers is please do take second opinion of another doctor before taking any major decision. Don’t go only by reputation.
