I have been a regular customer for them going for my insurance and service on a regular basis. Earlier I was pretty impressed with their service and regular follow up. Nowadays it is getting worse day by day. No follow up on insurance renewal even though the insurance is taken thru them only. Even after reminding them myself about a renewal quote, they do not send it on time. And when started asking for clarifications customer service had no clue at all regarding the exact coverage. Had really hard time getting my queries clarified. No follow up at all on maintenance as well. Did my last maintenance for 30K in 2017. Earlier they used to call and remind before the next maintenance is due. This time no follow up at all, missed my maintenance schedule and finally car got badly damaged. Now I already got an estimate of 65k repair. No sure where its finally heading to. When visited them felt they did not care as the car is 6 years old now. Because of my earlier nice experience with them I was planning to upgrade my car with Ford only. But after this one I will not advise anyone to go with them.
