During Membership purchase they claim we can provide you 4 & 5 Star services but during booking, Reservation department said we don’t deal with these and many other Hotels. Then how Sales team(Anuja Bilwal, Paras Sharma) claim this thing to attract customers. All things are FAKE, Fraud & Irresponsible persons in this company.
