If you are fortunate enough to be reading this before buying the membership then please do not think even one bit. This is the biggest scam!
But if you have already been fooled like us then let me tell you something about our experience too :
We bought this membership in November and regretting ever since.
Promises were made of Roseate, Novotel, The Lalit, Andaz, Hyatt etc but we never received anything equivalent to it. Excuse is there is no availability. The truth is they do not have any affliliation with these properties.
Availability is never there on your dates and at your desired location. You change your dates according to them and still no availability! We had asked for International properties. After denying multiple locations, we asked them to arrange something in Singapore. Received cheap 3 star property options. Finally, we had to drop the idea and had to go to Goa instead.
This time, we provided them 4 hill station options and informed 1.5 months in advance. After a lot of struggle and follow ups, they again provided cheap 3 star properties and said it’s peak season so this is what we have. What happened to the 72 hour timeline and 15 days during peak season? 1.5 months time is also not enough? Now they have stopped replying to the emails.
AMC increased without any prior notification. They said it’s mentioned in the contract that we can increase as per our discretion.
When we asked them for cancellation, they completely denied it and said it is Non cancellable under any circumstances. Although the sales team had committed that you can cancel your membership at any point.
We loved traveling but now our entire traveling experience is scarred for life because of this membership!
It’s a Fraud Company with zero Accountability for their actions. Somebody has to step up to stop this nonsense otherwise many others like us will waste their hard earned money.
