It is such an annoying process to get a booking through FHIS. First they are very slow to respond with
Poor Customer services.
They are not clear what àll properties they are affiliated with. If you want to plan your holiday in the month of Jun22, they will make sure yòu can plan your travel in Jun23.
Such a slow response from the reservations team. Unorganized team with contradictory info regarding their own affiliated properties. Highly disappointed every time I try to book through FHIS. Every time I Feel like cheated I have already paid the entire amount in one go and now Im begging for hotel bookings.
If FHIS can not value Customers time, efforts and emotions, FHIS surely should shut down its operations.
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER - their services and promises that they make at the time of manipulating people to buy your great services by showing them a fake list of properties (dreams).
I had multiple bad experience during my bookings. FHIS just spoil the holiday plan.
