Its good for cooking food but Health importent.

but I realise My fat day by day increase then my gym trainer suggest me Proper diet so 1 month avoide fortune soyabean oil then I understand this oil hai high cholestrol comtaining.
So I don’t like fortune soyabean oil never again purchase its my personal experiennce or desision
I think health is so importent.
