They definitely are driven by a clear motto to look after their customers. Every employee is extremely courteous and helping. Right from changing my room to another with a better view, finding out about the tourist information I requested.
The property itself is excellently located along the banks of the lake with neatly maintained landscaping, a very romantic lake facing coffee shop, clean swimming pool.But the customer service was the winner for me.I realized how important this is when I moved to a horrible resort called Lemon Tree in Alleppey the next day.
Few Cons:
Its a little difficult to get to if you don’t have your own vehicle.
Commuting to the resort is expensive. Kollam town to the resort costs Rs. 1000 for 12 km.
I left a suggestion to the staff to keep a pick and drop vehicle.
