We have received(rather picked up?) a packet at Hyderabad which has been dispatched from Chennai. After couple of days, we tried to reach Hyderabad office and the numbers we gathered are not reachable. Their web site lot of links URLS(Hub office address, Service center) will not work; we are at the mercy of keep trying the phone numbers which we got. On the second day we some how got through to talk to somebody. To our surprise, the courier boy want us to pick up the packet rather than delivering it to the destination address. He refused our request of home delivery and we have to go around 2.5 kms to pickup. While discussing with him about the means of delivery, he is stubborn, arrogant and rude while talking. Very unprofessional service and staff.
They do not deserve single star also but no option here but to give at least one star to complete the review.Update: The email ids which are on their website also do not work and the mails which I sent are bounced back.
