This mail is regarding the shoes which I bought last month from Ferozepur. (Riwaz shoe shoppe) I bought these shoes in fresh and I paid approx Rs 2600.
I am really disappointed with the quality of material you are using in your shoes. I hardly wore for 2 -3 times & its color got faded and its leather from the top has started peeling off.
Please let me know what all actions you would take to resolve this issue? Also find attached images of the shoes. Please note that I am staying in Gurgaon, so I can’t go to Ferozepur for any kind of replacement.
I have complained regarding the issue but did not get any response & even I tried calling up many times on +91 - 11 - 28332052 but they dont even pick my call.
