I took admission at the frankfin institute at the end of February 2025 session to pursue my dream of becoming an air hostess . I paid 38000 rs as the admission fee or including my dress and books . However, my family later advised me to choose a different career path as they believe that this profession is not very safe . I tried my best to convince them but they remaining form on the decision. Consequently, I request a refund of my fees several times . Unfortunately , at first, Miss Sunita , the concern representative did not answer my calls when I tried contacting her from another number , she finally responded but spoke to me very rudely . Her tone was unprofessional , and she insisted that I must visit the institute in person, refusing to corporate or address my concern properly. Moreover , she gave me a receipt of 15000 rs only . She did not give me any receipt for the remaining 23000 rs . I only received a receipt of 15000 rs , and apart from that , no other receipt was provided to me
Therefore I sincerely request you to kindly process my refund of 38000rs as soon as possible
