Hey guys, I want to share my experience about freecharge. Two weeks ago I did a recharge from freecharge on my mobile. The status showing that my recharge is done but when I checked my balance it is 0 balance then I called to my operator he told me that I have to check with freecharge people about this problem. After I drop a mail at care.freecharge.com then they replied me that it will took 24 hours to resolve my issue even After 42 hours my issue was not resolved.
Due to that again I dropped 1 more mail after 3 days my issue is resolved so guys if you want urgent recharge dont go from this app some time it will take so much time try some different option for recharge.
