Whether it may be the application or the website, both take huge time to transaction money just their mobile recharging facility is good. The concept of application is to provide a way of transaction, mobile charges, bill payments online.
But on 29 December I faced literally a hilarious situation when I was about to buy some coin over koinex and due to free charge I was compelled to buy them in increased rate. Actually the condition in that website was like there were two modes of payment first one was direct bank transfer but actually it created an ambiguous situation i.e. was not knowing when it will be transferred to the koinex wallet.
And the second option was online wallet payment in which I was assured of free charge but at last it betrayed me and it took huge time to transact even that time the payment gateway which it was using to fetch money from bank was too weak that I was forced to open it multiple times and at last my bank online transaction service got halted. Due to which I said my friend to help me and he given me his free charge account to buy coin. That situation was literally pathetic. Anyhow this application is the worst I’ve ever observed.
