I did a reachrge and tey send me sms saying Dear Customer, Your transaction on FreeCharge for order id FCVA151231290596569 is in process. You will receive an update via email or sms within 2 hrs.
Since my account didnt receive the recharge I send a mail at care@freecharge.com
