Bad experience with customer care team.

I have 2 coupon/free fund codes that I am unable to redeem from past 15-20 days. I have emailed almost 4-5 times at care@freecharge.com but every time they provided me stupid and irrelevant response. They replied that I have already claimed my coupons but in fact I have never used them in past.

Finally they say that I have redeemed coupon XXXXX whereas I was talking about different codes AAAA and BBBB(codes given here are samples to shown how clever free charge is making customers foolish)below is one such email.

Dear Ram,

You have already use the free fund code XXXXXXX dated on 4th Jan -2014. As per the terms and condition one code can redeem against one user id.
